Logan stood on the balcony of their hotel room, a cigar firmly stuck in the corner of his mouth. In the distance the Eiffel Tower was visible, and he scratched his arm as he took out the cigar and exhaled the smoke before glancing over his shoulder into the room. He'd left Allison to unpack, or do whatever it was she was doing. Still not sure if he'd made the right choice for her birthday present. She'd seemed happy enough, but now they were here he was starting to have those annoying doubts again.

He frowned, and took another long drag on his cigar. Well, if taking a woman to Paris on a whim was the worst thing he'd ever done, then maybe he wasn't such a bad man after all.
